Description _

"La Laurisilva" Nature School-Hostel is located in the municipality of Valleseco, in the north of Gran Canaria, only 30 minutes from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Northeast facing, at an altitude of 840 metres above sea level, it currently belongs to the Gran Canaria government (Environment Dept.). It is managed by Ludenatura, S.L., a company that has been specialising in camp, sports, environmental, cultural, recreational and themed workshop activities since 1993.

The facilities have accommodation for 54 pax, distributed in 10 rooms for 4 and 7 pax, all with their own bathroom and hot water, interior lounge-dining room, training classroom, teaching plant nursery, outside space for games and sports and a network of trails to observe the magnificent panoramic views and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Furthermore, the facilities are adapted for people with physical disabilities. "La Laurisilva" Nature School brings the values of a very unique ecosystem, "La Laurisilva", closer to students and groups, as well as providing multi-adventure activities: archery, climbing, rappel, Tibetan bridge, Tyrolean traverse, and interpretive trekking.
